3 C chicken, chopped
1 onion diced
1 1/2 c carrots chopped
1 c celery, chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
a little Olive oil
~1/2 tsp sage
~1/2 tsp nutmeg
~3/4 tsp thyme
9 c water
3 Tbsp chicken stock base (or you can just do 9 c chicken stock instead of the water and base mix)
1 c-ish chopped broccoli
1/2 c-ish frozen peas
2 c Bisquick
2/3 c milk
In large pan sauté carrots onions, celery and garlic in a little olive oil, stir in spices. Saute 5-10ish minutes.
Add chicken, water and chicken stock base. Bring to a boil and boil 10ish minutes until vegetables are tender, add in broccoli and peas and bring back up to a boil.
Meanwhile in separate bowl mix Bisquick and milk to make dough, Drop by small spoonfuls into the soup. Boil uncovered 10 minutes, and then covered another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

A word about chicken stock soup base. It is a paste that you add to water to make chicken stock. You can get a jar at the grocery store for ~$6 (at the commissary) and each jar will make 38 cups of broth (1 tsp/cup of water). I always keep a jar of this on hand.
