Upside-Down Pizza

1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 jar pizza sauce
spaghetti sauce mix
favorite pizza toppings
8 oz sour cream
1 c (or so) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese

brown hamburger and drain grease. Stir in pizza sauce, and spaghetti sauce mix packet, and any pizza toppings you like (we do green peppers and black olives) let simmer together a few minutes till veggies are at desired consistency. Spoon into 8 x10 baking dish, top with sour cream, cheese and the crescent rolls stretched to fit. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
My mom used to make this when I was a kid. It was always a big hit in our house, all though *anything* with "pizza" in the title would be a big hit! I recently rediscovered my love for this dish, it is easy and tasty, and a fun switch from normal pizza. And it comes together very fast, so its a good last minute meal!
