Turkey Swedish Meatballs

Turkey Swedish Meatballs
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
(or use 1 tsp Morton's Natures Seasons blend)
½ tsp ground allspice (if you do not have all spice: mix together in equal amounts, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves)
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c chicken broth
6 Tbsp sour cream

Mix salt, allspice, and pepper in medium mixing bowl, Add turkey and gently mix with hands to combine. Shape into 24 1 inch balls.
Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned, about 3 minutes, lower heat to med and cook 3 more minutes, gently shaking pan. Using slotted spoon, transfer meatballs to plate. Melt butter in pan, scraping but the turkey bits, add flour and cook 1-ish minutes then slowly whisk in broth.  Increase heat to med-high, and simmer until liquid is reduced by half and thickened, about 5 minutes. Whisk in sour cream and cook 1 minute more, add meatballs. Serve hot over egg noodles.

This was inspired, but we've made some changes to get a thicker gravy from the South Beach Diet Quick and Easy Cookbook, and it is super quick and super easy, I should make it more often, its so quick! I don't know why this tastes so good, but it does, I just think allspice and turkey go well together, and sour cream makes everything taste better.
