Sloppy Joe Bake

This comes from the back of a Bisquick box several years ago. We lost the recipe awhile ago and could not find it anywhere. Bisquick stopped publishing it, and we feared all was lost, but the I was finally able to recreate it with the help of my taster, Dominic. Its not the healthiest thing out there, but it tastes good, and the kids will eat it.
